 Belledune Homes & Construction Ltd. was established in 2010 and has grown into an award-winning construction company specializing in design-build custom homes and renovations of all sizes — from complex additions and whole-home renovations to complete reconfigurations and transformations. 

 BDH Exteriors provides complete exterior renovations throughout Prince George and Northern BC. Rather than focusing on a single product such as siding or windows, we consider the entire building envelope as a system — combining building science, energy efficiency, durable materials and exceptional design. Our goal is to create exteriors that perform better, look better and are built to last for generations as we move toward a net-zero future. 

 New Look Interiors has been a fixture in Prince George for nearly 35 years, specializing in kitchen, bath and fireplace renovations. Our beautiful retail showroom features flooring, tile, hardware and more, while our in-house millwork team creates custom pieces including floating shelves, range hoods, mantels, handrails and other finishing details that make a space truly unique. 

 Countertops North offers a broad selection of countertops, ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets, fixtures and stock backsplash tile. We bring Northern BC an unmatched selection of stone, porcelain and laminate surfaces, along with the largest inventory of in-stock laminate countertops in the region. 

 BDH Realty is a boutique independent real estate brokerage launching in September 2026. Previously operating as The Loft Realty, we are returning with the same independent spirit and a thoughtful, personalized approach to real estate — built around local expertise, exceptional service and doing things a little differently. 

 Westhaven is our signature custom home program launching in fall 2026. Bringing together exclusive properties, elevated building standards and exceptional design, Westhaven will offer a truly distinctive design-build experience unlike anything else in the region. Our team is busy bringing every detail together now, and we are excited to introduce Westhaven this fall.
