 The Project Designer plays a pivotal role in supporting construction and renovation projects in our Belledune Homes Division. This role provides a much-needed bridge between the sales, admin and production teams, through to the customer.  

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to lead others in the field.  This  position that coaches and trains others while on the tools working alongside your team. You have many years of experience completing framing and exterior finishing projects from new homes to decks and sheds.  You are eager to develop a team of high performers and take a great deal of pride in your work. 

 As a Countertop & Cabinet Technician, you will work as part of our installation and production team to deliver high-quality countertop and cabinet solutions to our customers.   This role offers hands-on variety and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple product lines while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. 

 We are looking for a skilled drywaller to join our team.  You will board, tape, and paint small and mid-sized projects from bathrooms to partial main floors.  You will also assist finishing crew with flooring and trim.

We are seeking a highly skilled painter to join our team.

We are looking to hire a talented tile setter to join our team.  From backsplashes to stone or mitred feature walls, we do it all!  You have many years of experience with all kinds of projects and a passion for great workmanship.  The ideal candidate is a journeyman tile setter who would be excited to teach others as well.

We will be looking to fill the position of Finishing Lead in the coming months.  This will be a Leadhand position reporting to the Production Manager.  You will be tools on creating beautiful spaces and custom features while helping lead a team of finishing carpenters for our new construction and renovation projects.

 Our Lead Carpenters are a key part of our team who ensure that we delivery on our promise to our customers.  If you are a dedicated leader with at least 10 years experience is all aspects of  residential construction, reach out and we can chat.

Starting your career as a carpenter?  We are taking applications!  If you have taken your first year carpentry and have some experience we are always taking applications.  We expect to be hiring in the fall and spring.  We have other positions in the company that could be a fit as well including in our cabinet and countertop operation.

 Our Project Managers work closely with the design team and the Operations Manager to complete a variety of projects.  You are a Journeyman Carpenter with at least ten years of residential experience.   

This is 16-20 hour a week position managing all marketing, social media, and quarterly events.  You will be adept at photography and doing short and long-form videos.  You have a high quality aesthetic and an enthusiastic interest in residential construction and design.
