We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to lead others in the field. This position coaches and trains others while on the tools working alongside a team. You have many years of experience completing framing and exterior finishing projects from new homes to decks and sheds. You are eager to develop a team of high performers and take a great deal of pride in your work.

As a Countertop & Cabinet Technician, you will work as part of our installation and production team to deliver high-quality countertop and cabinet solutions to our customers. This role offers hands-on variety and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple product lines while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

We’re looking for motivated and skilled residential carpenters and Apprentices who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and take pride in building exceptional homes. At BDH, you’ll have the opportunity to work on both custom home renovations and new residential construction projects alongside a team that values precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether it’s framing, finishing, renovations, or ground-up builds, we’re seeking individuals who want to continue growing their career while creating spaces built to last.

We are seeking a highly skilled painter to lead and mentor a team of painters. You will support our sales process with estimating. Your skills will include staining and wallpaper application.

We are looking for a skilled painter and drywaller to join our team. You will board, tape, and paint small and mid-sized projects from bathrooms to partial main floors. You may also assist finishing crew with flooring and trim.

BDH Group is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator who is primarily responsible for converting leads into sales, while producing ongoing marketing and brand development.

We are looking to hire a talented tile setter to join our team. From backsplashes to stone or mitred feature walls, we do it all! You will also help our flooring team install all types of resilitant flooring products. You have many years of experience with all kinds of projects and a passion for great workmanship. The ideal candidate is a journeyman tile setter who would be excited to teach others as well.

Are you a detail-driven carpenter who takes pride in the final fit and finish? We’re looking for a skilled Finishing Carpenter who can deliver top-quality results on trim, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fine finishing and more. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and critical to ensuring our projects are completed beautifully.

Our Lead Carpenters are a key part of our team who ensure that we delivery on our promise to our customers. If you are a dedicated leader with at least 5 years experience is all aspects of residential construction, more information below.

This is a role that requires very strong administrative and coordination skills. You are the liaison between the design staff and the field, ensuring that projects are running smoothly, materials and trades are getting where they need to be, and communication is flowing.

Our Project Managers work closely with the design team and the Operations Manager to complete a variety of projects. You are a Journeyman Carpenter with at least ten years of residential experience.

We build beautiful kitchens! Our kitchen designers are on a mission to make these important spaces both beautiful and funcitonal. They are partnerned with our construction specialists to make sure that we are thinking of everything!
