BDH Group is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator who is primarily responsible for converting leads into sales, while supporting ongoing marketing and brand execution. This is a full-time, client-facing position across our showroom, contractor channels, and new home construction leads. You will work alongside our existing showroom and design team, report directly to the owners, and play a meaningful role in connecting clients to the full range of products and services we offer across our companies.
This is a fast-paced role requiring consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple active opportunities at once. Success in this role is measured by lead conversion, sales activity, and revenue contribution.

• Work directly with clients across all product lines, managing the process from first inquiry through to a closed sale
• Actively work to close sales opportunities and contribute directly to weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Maintain consistent follow-up on all active quotes and opportunities to ensure no leads are lost
• Conduct outreach to grow our B2B network for our cash and carry products
• Follow up on renovation leads and identify opportunities to attach additional products and services to broader project scopes
• Support new home construction lead generation — respond to initial inquiries, maintain follow-up, and hand qualified prospects to the owners for pre-construction discussions
• Maintain accurate pipeline and lead records; participate in weekly sales reporting
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business — consistent posting, project content, and promotions
• Work with the owners to support and execute marketing campaigns for new home construction — materials, digital advertising, and referral network outreach
• Coordinate job site signage for active projects and maintain an up-to-date project portfolio for both companies
• Oversee Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns; report on performance and lead volume monthly
• Own the post-project review follow-up process and respond to all online reviews
• Support showroom merchandising, website updates, and email campaigns
• Plan and coordinate all company events including home shows, in-store events, open houses, client appreciation events, community sponsorships, and supplier nights — from logistics through to follow-up
Required
• 3+ years in a sales or client-facing role
• Genuine interest in home renovation, interiors, and residential construction
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work toward revenue targets
• Comfortable producing digital content and managing social platforms
• Organized, personable, and self-directed
Preferred
• Background in interior design or decorating
• Solid experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing
• Established network in Prince George's design, real estate, or construction community
